Pilates Reformer is a total body workout that produces long, lean muscles and builds strength and flexibility. As your Pilates Reformer Instructor, Heather will ensure you maintain proper form and posture through out your private training session. Pilates Reformer is a 1-hour private or split-private personal training session. Heather will be teaching strength training through the use of Pilates Reformer.
