FAQ’s

Q: Can I bring non-resident guests?
A: Yes! You can always bring a friend! What’s the point in living in such an awesome neighborhood if you cannot make all your friends jealous! :D

Q: What if I have more than the 9 people in my party?
A: The Water Taxi boat can only hold so much weight at one time. To ensure we do not overload it we have set the limit at 9 people max. However, residents may divide their group into 2 as long as a card holding resident is on board each trip.

Q: When/how early can I make a reservation?
A: Residents may call for a reservation for Tours, Island trips, or a weekend Boardwalk Taxi on any given day. However, Taxi service to the Island and boat Tours require a reservation 24 hours in advance.
